    初中生在初中学习与生活的阶段其身心发展成长正处于青春期，初中教育的重要性与有效性对于学生形成正确的学习意识与学习态度有着深刻影响。为了法治教学的过程中要注重教学的有效实施，真正做到在培养学生对于社会道德与法律知识有着一定的掌握的同时全面提升核心素养发展水平。
