Abstract：
“爱满天下”是陶行知先生一生追求的教育真谛。“捧着一颗心来，不带走半根草去”，他把自己的满腔爱心都给了每一位学生，一个“爱”字贯穿了他一生的教育思想。教师对学生的爱在教育中具有重要的作用。师爱能营造出和谐、温馨、亲切的师生关系。在这种师生关系中，学生不仅乐学，而且个性会得到充分发展，形成积极向上的精神状态。
