    Abstract：

    高等教育中专业教学资源库是保证综合性教育的核心资源，能够推动新型人才教育制度的落实，保证教育的实效性，使资源建设与教育革新有所统一。但是目前的专业教学资源库面临应用理念、质量控制和缺乏理论的问题，需要做专业性的优化。而优化的思路上要从问题产生的根源上设定思路，以“全生命周期”理念、应用学习为目标和教育研究做具体的优化，保证高等教育的专业教学资源库得到有效建设，能够提高教育效果。
