Abstract：
法治作为新时期治国理政的基本方式，在推进国家治理能力和治理体系现代化中具有基础性地位，法治治理涉及范围广泛，在众多的治理思维和治理模式中，法治思维和依法治理应成为首选。因此提升基层治理法治化水平意义重大。本文从分析提升基层治理法治化水平的重要意义入手，针对农村基层治理存在的主要问题进行分析，探讨推进农村基层治理法治建设的方法，旨在提升基层社会治理法治化水平。
