    Abstract：

    随着我国新课改的不断推进，素质教育逐渐在中小学教学过程中得到了落实。在小学体育教学中，开展素质教育对于促进小学生身心的健康发展具有十分重要的意义。本文简要分析在小学体育教学中开展素质教育的意义，并探究如何在小学体育教学中有效提升学生的体育素质。
