    小城镇绿道系统建设紧密影响公众生活，有助于提高城镇满意度和幸福指数，文章以《柳河县柳河县生态斑底与绿道系统建设专题研究》为例，论述基于生态斑底与人文资源要素的城镇绿道系统构建研究的方法和绿道系统建设建议，以此将绿道系统建设作为国土空间规划中绿色、生态、开放空间的规划和建设支撑。
