Abstract：
高中化学在高中所有课程里是一门重要的学科，教师在教学过程中要充分尊重学生的个体差异实施分层教学，这样才能有效提高学生的学习效率和质量。因此，教师就要根据学生的学习差异，对学生进行分层，同时要在课前分层备课，以实现教学目标的分层，最后进行分层施教授课，以做到分层评价和指导。
