    Abstract：

    我国基础英语教育耗时多、成效地低，英语课堂改革面临众多挑战。最近几年，反思性教学应运而生，倍受初中英语教师欢迎。反思性教学以教师为主体，通过发掘问题，不断转变教学方式，提升教学效率及水准。本文围绕初中英语课堂，着重分析初中英语课堂教师反思状况，并提出了几条改进策略，以供广大英语教育者参考。
