Abstract：
在全面推进新课程改革形势下，小组合作教学模式在小学语文课堂得以广泛应用，借助此种新颖的教学模式，能够打造民主和谐的教学环境，调动起学生的讨论积极性，同时锻炼他们的领导能力。鉴于此，本文将围绕小组合作教学模式的优势与特点，结合小学生的身心发展规律与认知能力，分析探究切实可行的应用策略，以期为任课教师提供有用的参考依据。
