Abstract：
现阶段，对公务用车配备与运用管治方面有了较为全面的制度与办方式，在对公车规范运用、减小费用支出等角度得到了一定的效果，但如今基层公务用车管治与运用中依旧有着费用太高、公车私用、成效不高等现象，需要尽快地予以处理。基于此，本文就新时期基层工程管理的方法和思考进行了探讨。
