Abstract：
分析新时代农村集体经济组织在发展过程中存在的问题，实际上是为了将农村经济组织的活力最大限度的发挥出来。农村集体经济组织和企业法人、社会团体都不同，政治和法律性质较为特殊，正是因为不一样，所以其在发展过程中存在有诸多问题。对此，本文联系实际情况，指出其发展中的问题，并给出了针对性的意见和建议，希望能够为后续工作的开展提供帮助。
