Abstract：
作为小学语文教师的班主任，把德育教育引入语文教学是一项重要的教学工作。语文学科是德育的载体，作为老师，德育必须渗透到教学中，从而可以加强课堂管理，因此作为班主任的语文教师必须在日常工作中进行德育教育，在教学中调整教学方法，在班级管理中调整管理技巧。因此，本文探讨了如何在小学语文教学中进行德育教育的渗透工作，仅供参考。
