Abstract：
近年来，我国教育制度的不断改革，以我国培养高素质人才为主要目的。现在主要为我国培养全方面发展的人才，而中专作为技术方面人才培养的主要阵地，需要着重对中专学生进行德育教育，重视对学生精神世界的塑造。而与中职学生联系最为直接与密切的就是中职的班主任，能够及时发现学生的心理变化，提升学生的思想道德素质，确保学生的身心健康，所以中职班主任如何对学生进行教育十分重要。
