    开设小学（道德与法治》课的宗旨是对学生道德情感的培养、法治观念的建立、国家政策的了解。教师在教学过程中面临着许多问题。如：具备什么样的教育理念?要培养什么样的人？以什么样的教学方式更有效？以什么样的评价机制，促进学生发展？等等。作为一名新时代的教师，我不断探究，不断创新，不断反思。
