    Abstract：

    随着我国国民经济不断提升，城市化步伐不断提速，现阶段为了满足社会要求和人民需求，建筑工程在电气设计上不断进行优化来提升功能性和舒适性，但是目前建筑电气设计中尚存在很多问题，为了弥补这些缺陷和不足，现阶段建筑领域纷纷选择采用BIM技术来对建筑电气设计进行优化，分析BIM技术的优势和特点并分析BIM技术应用方向，充分发掘BIM技术的经济价值和社会价值。
