Abstract：
水利工程的作用是对自然界的地表水及地下水进行调配和调控，以缓解我国水资源空间分布不均问题，然而，水利工程的建设会对其周边环境造成不可逆转的破坏，为了平衡水利工程与自然生态之间的关系，必须将生态理念融入水利工程设计中，促进人与自然和谐相处。
