    Abstract：

    小学时期所养成的性格爱好会影响人一生，在小学教育中，将语文阅读教学渗透进心理健康教育有着至关重要的作用。这不仅是语文教学要求，也是探索小学生心理健康的一条光明之路。随着教育迅速发展，人们更注重小学生心理健康状况，小学生年龄较小，承受不了压力，来自父母、老师的期望以及学习上压力和负担都会导致学生出现心理健康问题，不利于他们健康成长。
