Abstract：
高中生正处于“拔节育穗期”的重要阶段，不仅面临着学业压力和人际交往的困惑，还有来自长辈的期盼和社会上各种思潮的冲击。思想政治课与心理健康教育课在课程目标和价值理念中的一致性为在高中思政课中融入心理健康教育提供了可行性。当前，高中生因心理问题导致的自杀现象频发也说明了提升高中生的心理健康水平是一个急需解决的难题。因此，提出在高中思政课中融入心理健康教育的途径是非常必要的举措。
