    Abstract：

    本文以牛场镇为例，对小城镇密集建成区河道现状及存在的问题进行剖析，提出以“洪畅、水清、岸绿”为目标的综合治理思路，结合生态治理理念及当地褚浒文化，因地制宜，破解小城镇密集区征地拆迁困难，在有限的空间内实现了行洪安全、水生态环境改善，为类似工程设计提供一定的经验。
