社会经济学和信息技术的高速发展，对新时代人才的综合素质有了更深的要求。将工匠精神融入高校的思想政治教育成为顺应时代发展、提升人才素质的必要之举。在实际操作中，必须将思想政治教育同校园文化建设和辅导员素质发展充分结合。
