Abstract：
随着教育体制改革的不断深入，教育要培养的人不再单单是I型单一人才，而是T型复合人才，也就是说我们要培养全面发展的人，这对我们的学科教学提出了更高的要求，关注学生核心素养是有效途径。英语新课程标准中明确了初中英语的教学目标：既要使学生掌握基本词汇、语法等知识，还要重视学生 “听、说、读、写”各项能力的全面提升，同时通过英语学科的教学活动锻炼学生的自主学习能力、人际交往能力、语言表达能力，全面提高学生的核心素养。
