Abstract：
2016年9月13日，教育部正式发布的《中国学生发展核心素养》是贯彻十八大和十八届三中全会有关立德树人要求的一个重要举措，本文主要通过分析本县在推进学生核心素养发展中存在的一些问题，有针对性得在顶层设计、提升教师素养和家校合作上提出了几点意见建议，以提高数学教学质量。
