    Abstract：

    水是生命之源、生产之要，也是经济发展的基础资源。水利水电工程工程量大、影响范围广泛，长期以来，由于缺乏环保意识而过度开发，大范围开展水利水电工程建设，导致大部分地区水土流失现象严重。采用生态修复技术可以起到保护生态系统的作用，充分发挥水土保持的功能，保证水电工程可以正常运行。
