Abstract：
随着新课程改革的不断深入，小学英语的教学模式也将进行改革和调整，采取有效措施转变教学体系、创新教学模式，提升小学英语课堂教学的有效性，已成为英语教师面临的关键性问题。当下小学英语课程内容比较狭隘，教学手段十分传统，所以在新课程改革的浪潮中，英语教师应该及时借助于“语觉论”等全新的教育理念，借助于多种教学手段加强对学生听、读、写、说的训练，全面培养学生的知识运用能力和语言表达能力。
