初中化学教学中学生创新和动手能力的培养

Abstract：
随着时代的进步以及新课程改革的深入，社会对人才综合能力，尤其是实践能力和创新能力的要求越来越高。在良好的教学背景下，初中学生的各项能力都会得到快速提高，化学具有很强的实践性和逻辑性，很多化学课程是需要实践教学来完成的，这个过程中学生的学习积极性得以调动，创新和动手能力得以培养。新课程改革也对初中化学教学提出了更高的要求，这就需要传统的教学做出改进和完善。基于此，本文结合教学实践系统概述了目前初中化学教学现状，针对出现的问题提出了几点优化策略，希望能够为相关研究提供借鉴。
