Abstract：
分层教学法是新课程背景下的一种科学的教学方法，真正做到了以学生为主，充分考虑了学生之间存在的个体差异，虽然学生在学习中有好有差，但通过引入分层教学方法，可以满足不同层次学生的学习需求，所有学生都会产生较高的学习兴趣，都能在学习中有所收获，取得不断的进步，从而整体提高教学质量。初中英语教师在运用分层教学法的过程中，要做到科学的组织实施，把握其内涵实质，做好对学生科学分层、教学目标合理分层、课堂教学分层设计，从而在因材施教的教学理念引导下，提高英语教学质量。
