Abstract：
主要针对目前高中美术特长生之间，由于他们的学习基础及其他因素不尽相同，能力水平也参差不齐，使得每个班级里存在着少数的“后进生”，这是一个不能忽视也无法逃避的问题。对于这些后进生的转化应该值得重视，教师做好后进生的转化工作，是大面积提高教育、教学质量和实施素质教育的关键。做好后进生的转化工作，只有采取恰当的方法，才能取到事半功倍的效果。
