    Abstract：

    随着中国经济的不断发展，对人们的素质提出了高的要求，培养公民的道德和法律意识已经成为教育的重要任务。道德教育和法治教育需要从小开始。因此，重视小学德育和法治教育，提高小学德育和法治课堂教学的有效性，成为德育教师努力的方向。今天我就这个问题来进行讨论，希望能进一步把中国传统优秀文化教育渗透到小学的道德与法治课堂，促进孩子的健康成长。
