师源性心理伤害的成因分析与优化策略探索

Abstract：

在学生学校生活中，亲师性是其主动参与课堂学习的重要保障，而在传统教育工作中，教育人员具有较高的权威性，部分教师教学方法过于严厉，会对学生产生一定的心理伤害，对其未来发展造成很大的不利影响，在现代教育发展中，相关学校需要对其加强重视，分析导致学生出现师源性伤害的主要原因，并对其教育工作进行合理优化。
