Abstract：
目前，人们越来越重视小学生心理健康教育，促进小学生心理健康水平的提高，在小学管理工作中开展心理健康教育，从而达到优化小学管理的目的。在小学开展心理健康教育，采取集体式和个体式相结合的方式进行管理教育，提高小学生心理健康水平。从小开始培养小学生的自我管理和自我约束的能力。
