Abstract：

班主任在班级管理中可以共同成长为目标组建学习成长小组，使学习成长小组成为学生共同健康、和谐、全面成长的一个共同体，以促学生全面共同成长。在实践中笔者发现学习成长小组扮演了各种角色、具备各方面功能，尤其是在线上学习时学习成长小组变身为伙伴共学体，提高了学生的自主学习力和自我管理力。
