基现代学徒制背景下校本实训教材的研究——以《美容形象设计》课程为例

Abstract：

现代学徒制是在国家大力支持和发展职业教育的背景下产生的一种新型人才培养方式。本文以《美容形象设计》课程为例，通过多年在美容教学过程中观察的实训教材空白、校企脱节、教学时间有限等问题，提出校企共建仅供校内使用的校本教材，以此灵活高效地指导学生实践，为企业源源不断地输送需求对口、技能过硬的专业人才。
