随着媒介技术的迅速发展，网络内容生态不断演变，网络舆论格局也表现出了技术赋权、多元参与、媒介融合等新特征。提升新时期网络主流舆论引导力，需要依托于技术、思维和话语的协同创新，提升舆论引导主动性、互动性和亲和性，营造风清气正的网络舆论环境。
