Abstract：
当代大学生在接受高等教育之后拥有了一定的知识储备和能力素养，在步入社会以后会奋力追求与专业相适应的岗位。但由于高等教育从精英化过度为大众化，大学生数量逐年增加，受人力资源的限制比较明显，很多学生在毕业后的几年时间内会选择支教或考研，因此他们的就业和创业比例逐步下降，进入慢就业时代。大学生就业问题一直以来就是社会和学校广泛关注的问题，慢就业与国家就业结构的矛盾普遍存在，本文对大学生慢就业的成因进行深入分析，并对此针对性地提出改进措施。
