Abstract：
为了提高大学生心理健康教育课程有效性，本文将对新媒体在心理健康教育课程中的运用展开研究，文中主要论述新媒体在课程中的作用，并提出新媒体具体运用方法。方法的实施可以让新媒体融入课程中，并充分发挥新媒体优势，可使大学生心理健康教育课程有效性提升，为大学生心理健康发育保驾护航。
