Abstract：
在小学数学课上，小组学习是一种重要的学习方法，这是教育改革的重要标志，是所有教师共同的教育方法。很多人认为，小组学习的主体是学生团体，但不能缺少教师的主导作用。随着大多数教师逐渐接受新的教学改革理念，所有教师都知道小组合作学习是体现教学改革理念的重要手段之一，但是，由于小组合作的学习形式多样，使得教师的指导和参加出现了问题。
