    Abstract：

    因为数学对于小学生数学学习效果的影响是十分重要的。所以教师应该把数学课堂高效教学作为重中之重。为了能够实现小学数学有效教学，数学教师自身必须要树立有效的教学理念，掌握有效的教学方法。在此，本文从“将兴趣的激发作为重中之重”“组织小组探究活动开展”“精心对待数学作业的设置”这几方面出发，对于小学数学高效教学进行了具体的分析，以期为广大教师提供参考。
