Abstract：
随着新课程改革的深入，重视教育效率的提高是现阶段教育者面临的核心任务，在中学体育课上，教师也逐渐重视教学的高效性，在教学的过程中积极的优化教育策略，提升学生参与体育活动的兴趣，同时注重培养学生的终身体育意识，实现学生综合素质的显著提高，本文以中小学体育教育为例，针对提高中小学体育教育的效率进行了相关的研究，教学效果显著，供其他教师参考。
