    公路路线设计工作十分复杂，工作难度也较大，同时公路路线设计的质量水平也决定其综合效益的发挥。设计人员应该充分考虑到地质地形、水文环境、经济发展、居民生活、工农业生产等多方面的影响因素，从而保证公路路线设计的科学性、可行性、经济性与环保性，以便于发挥公路在促进经济社会发展和提高人们生活质量的作用。
