Abstract：
在新一轮课程改革的背景下，教师应从对学生的心理认知入手，着眼于对新课程的研究，以培养学生的全面发展为发展目标，从而建设全面的高效课堂。在实际的教学过程中，教师只能集中精力掌握新课程改革的特点，以最少的时间和精力来达到最佳的课堂效果。
