    Abstract：

    随着新课改政策的实施，很多以前的教学经验和教学模式，逐渐在现在的实际教学中被淘汰，在新课改之后很多的教学新形势不断的出台，让学生有了更多的学习内容，帮助教师更好的调动学习氛围，提升教学质量。近年来的教学趋向与情绪教学，从学生角度出发，运用“快乐体育”理念，去调动学生的学习积极性，通过体育锻炼完善学生的身体素质。对于体育教师来说，如何在实际教学中渗透“快乐体育”理念，是目前的教学重点，需要教师合理安排教学方案。
