Abstract：
人们生活水平在不断地提高，所以对生活的质量要求也在不断提高。由此，人们越来越重视健康的生活方式，学校也将学生的体育发展融入体育教学当中去。怎样把体育心理学融入体育教育中是现在教学的方向。从体育心理学去分析学生的心理活动，提高学生的身体素质，加快体育心理学在体育教学中的运用。
