Abstract：

管理是要讲究实效的，实效是要讲究策略的。新型的班级管理模式要求重视学生的持续、全面发展和学习素质的形成，要求发展学生的能力。对于现阶段的中职生，如何实施班级管理？我认为，教师不仅要深入了解班级，了解学生，正确认识班级管理的重要性，不断转变管理观念，还要严格落实班级管理要求。
