浅析基于职业素养的技工院校教学评价体系的新特征

Abstract：

本文通过对技工院校教学评价体系现状的分析以及当前我国对技能型人才职业素养与能力的要求，提出新时期技工院校教学评价体系改革的必要性，指出其应具备促进培养学生的职业素养和综合职业能力，注重学生终身发展的多元化、全程性、导向性及智能化的新特征，达到提升技工院校教学质量，促进其可持续发展之目的。
