Abstract：
随着新课改的实施推进，小学语文急需打破死板的教学思维，将语文这门学科与学生学习习惯和自身的语文素养、自身竞争力联系起来，竭力增强学生学习语文的归纳总结能力以及语文综合素养。小学语文作为学生基础教育阶段的启蒙科目，也是基础学科中的关键学科。如今，小学教育宣扬“减负增效”尤为明显，语文教师在教学过程中需要注重教学的实效，避免教学设计的无效性。本文围绕小学语文教学有效实施策略展开论述，通过多样化教学方式实现教学的高效性。
