Abstract：

当前，我国正在不断落实素质教育。而作为我国的基础义务教育，小学教育的地位不言而喻，国家也非常重视这一阶段的学生教育工作。为了使学生素质得到全面提高，学校要不断对传统教学模式进行改进创新，以顺应时代要求并符合学生发展特点。本文从小学教育情况出发，分析了其中一些问题并给出相应的策略。
