    Abstract：

    2013年习近平总书记提出新时代的“一带一路“倡议，不仅促进了经济的发展，也为中国文化传播带来了新的机遇和挑战。由于中国历史文化悠久，加上与以英语为母语的国家有着地理、历史、宗教等方面的差异，中国特色文化的对外传播面临着很大挑战，尤其是在文化翻译层面。因此，对于英语专业的学生来说，承担文化传承与传播媒介作用，讲好中国故事就成了时代赋予的重要责任。
