Abstract：
进入21世纪以来，我国经济高速发展，企业也有了很大进步。社会经济的快速发展加快了企业的深化改革速度，促进了企业各项工作内容的不断改革创新。要想实现企业的健康稳定发展，就需要做好干部人事档案管理工作。文章主要根据企业干部人事档案管理及服务效率的问题展开深入研究与讨论，找出其中存在的问题，并且对这些问题进行具体分析，从而给出相应的对策建议。
