Abstract：
在网络普及率越来越高的今天，互联网+概念的提出，催生出了新的经济形态，是信息化与各领域不断交融的产物，对信息化所能发挥的带动和变革是积极有利的，此种经济形态让设计创意与大众的日常生活更紧密的联系在一起，同时也让大众文化创意有了更多的表现机会。可以让更多的小学手工创意绘画有更多的欣赏人群，从而增强课程的多元化发展。
