    Abstract：

    深化产教融合、校企合作，是推动高职院校与企业携手发展的重要途径。产教融合是实现人才培养质量提升和促进就业的重要途径，而解决高校就业问题和企业对人才需求情况需拓宽就业创业渠道。创新创业基地建设是高校和企业合作进行人才培养的重要载体。本文综述了双创基地建设现状，提出了建设的功能及要素，以期为双创基地运营提供理论支撑。
